Chapter 397 Oregon Laws 2011

 

AN ACT

Relating to property tax appeals; and prescribing an effective date.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2011 Act is added to and made a part of ORS chapter 305.

 

          SECTION 2. Whenever a party appeals the real market value of one or more components of a property tax account, any other party to the appeal may seek a determination from the body or tribunal of the total real market value of the property tax account, the real market value of any or all of the other components of the account, or both.

 

          SECTION 3. This 2011 Act takes effect on the 91st day after the date on which the 2011 session of the Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die.
