  Creates crime of indecent exposure. Punishes by fine of $5,000,
one year in prison, or both.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to crime.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) A person commits the crime of indecent
exposure if the person, while in a place of employment, exposes
the genitals of the person to another for the purpose of arousing
or gratifying the sexual desire of either party and the other
person does not consent to the exposure.
  (2) Indecent exposure is a Class A misdemeanor. + }
