      Use of mid-channel of Columbia River as boundary for salmon fishing purposes is proper. U.S. v. Crookshanks, 441 F Supp 268 (1978)

 

      Where Oregon Admission Act granted Oregon and Washington concurrent jurisdiction for offenses occurring on bridges that span Columbia River, state did not have to prove venue on conviction of defendant for driving under influence of intoxicants when stopped on bridge spanning Columbia River.
