      Acupuncture is not authorized as “minor surgery” or anesthesia under this section. State v. W. Sam Won, 19 Or App 580, 528 P2d 594 (1974), Sup Ct review denied

 

      Decision of Board of Chiropractic Examiners that vasectomy is not within definition of “minor surgery” was within legislative policy because reasonable interpretation of that term. Samuel v. Board of Chiropractic Examiners, 77 Or App 53, 712 P2d 132 (1985), Sup Ct review denied
