      This printed copy of the text of the Constitution and the first twenty-one amendments is an accurate copy of a literal print of the original Constitution and the first twenty-one amendments appearing in :IF8.The Constitution of the United States of America:RF8. (Annotated) compiled by the Legislative Reference Service of the Library of Congress and published by the Government Printing Office in 1938. The Twenty-second, Twenty-third, Twenty-fourth, Twenty-fifth, Twenty-sixth and Twenty-seventh Amendments were copied from the resolutions by which the Oregon Legislative Assembly ratified these amendments.
