This year's Tribute consists of a week-long exhibit (November 8-12, 2021) in the Capitol Rotunda. The state seal is decorated in the colors of the United States and the flags are posted. A uniform from each branch of service flanks its flag. One of of the uniforms in this year's display is of Francis Marion, whom Marion County is named after. He served in the American Revolutionary War and his uniform is a reproduction. All other uniforms were donated by family of the service member and the biography of those that wore the uniform accompanies it. The uniforms come from VFW #661 Uniform Display Museum and the flags are courtesy of the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs.
