Senator Hass Announces Winners of Student Artwork Competition
SALEM— Senator Mark Hass (D-Beaverton) today announced three winners of a student artwork competition hosted by his office. The winners of the competition will have their artwork featured on display in Senator Hass’ legislative office in the State Capitol.
“I’m never surprised by the outstanding talent of young people in Beaverton. But these three pieces took my breath away,” said Senator Hass. “I’m honored to showcase their paintings outside my offices. The walls of our State Capitol just became more exciting.”
The winning submissions come from three Beaverton-area students:
Cooper cliffs landscape in acrylic
