Olive Dunn (She/Her) - Legislative Intern
Olive's childhood was spent on a farm in central Ohio, which ultimately fueled her passion for justice after seeing how the land and communities of rural America suffer from environmental, economic, and social injustice. This inspired her to get a degree in Environmental Sustainability with a minor in Civic Engagement from Northern Arizona University. At NAU, she worked as a sustainable project grants manager, climate and political organizer, and as a youth environmental educator. With her new degree, she hopes to fight against environmental and social injustice that many communities in our country and world are faced with each day. When she's not working at the capitol, she works with climate justice coalitions focused on fossil fuel divestment.

Megan Cody (They/She) - Legislative Intern
As a Quaker, Megan has a deeply rooted sense of advocacy and activism. Prior to working with Senator Jama, they spent 3 years supporting low-income children and families as a behaviorist and another 3 years supporting people experiencing homelessness. After walking alongside these vulnerable populations and encountering countless frustrating obstacles, Megan decided to pivot their career to facilitate systemic change with stronger pathways and clearer access to support. To that end, Megan is currently working on a Masters in Public Administration at Portland State University. Outside of work, you can find Megan engaged in grassroots organizing efforts to uplift a wide array of transformative justice.
