As a mother, attorney, educator, and advocate for bipartisanship, Representative Levy is deeply committed to creating safer communities—whether it's improving wildfire safety, enhancing school security, or ensuring safer roads. A champion for access to affordable prescriptions, she works tirelessly to keep hospitals and clinics open in central and rural Oregon.
Legislative Goals:
Expand housing options and improve affordability for all Oregonians, including middle-income families.
Address rising homeowners' insurance costs due to increasing wildfire risks.
Continue efforts to improve school safety, including revising cell phone policies in schools.
Lower the cost of prescriptions and improve healthcare access for Oregonians.
Tackle rising utility costs and enhance energy efficiency in homes and businesses to reduce monthly bills.
Improve state agency efficiency and customer service.
Representative Levy brings her vast experience in law, energy, finance to her committee assignments. Prior to joining the legislature, she worked both for private practice and a private investment firm, where her career focused on asset-based financing, including clean energy projects.
Legislative Accomplishments:
Led significant reforms on prescription affordability, including increasing access to biologic drugs.
Named 2024 Advocate of the Year by NW Bleeding Disorders as a freshman legislator.
Secured funding for SPAT (Silent Panic Alarm Technology), also known as Alyssa's Law.
Successfully reformed e-bike laws to ensure children’s safety on the roads.

Outside of her legislative duties, Representative Levy enjoys spending time with her family: her husband Sean, their 10-year-old daughter, and their new puppy, Violet. They enjoy baking together and the challenging task of gardening in the high desert.
