​Joint Legislative Audit Committee Information

Staffed by the Legislative Fiscal Office, the Joint Legislative Audit Committee (JLAC) operates continually during the session and interim to review audit plans and completed audits conducted by the Secretary of State; review legislation and legislative requests for audits or reviews to be conducted; provide direction on audits and reviews that should be conducted by the Secretary of State or legislative staff; review agency actions to comply with audit recommendations and suggest changes or remediation; and fulfill other requirements of Oregon laws relating to audits.
