Dear friends and neighbors,

I am honored to serve as State Representative for the City of Beaverton, Cedar Hills, and nearby communities. Since first elected in 2014, I've sought to be a steady and thoughtful voice for the region, and it's a privilege to represent such engaged constituents. Below, I've highlighted several of the priorities that are at the top of my policy agenda as we move forward.

Economic Recovery - As we continue rebuilding, we most support workers and small businesses, and invest in workforce training. I also seek to reduce the costs of child care, health services, and housing for working families.

Education - Our kids need stable learning environments to thrive. That means keeping facilities open, supporting teachers and staff, and prioritizing safe in-person learning. I will continue to be a champion for our students and schools.

Houselessness - The tragedy of houselessness requires a multi-part response, including increasing affordability, beefing up shelters and services, and discouraging urban camping. I am extremely committed to this work.

Natural Resources - As Chair of the House Committee on Agriculture, Land Use, Natural Resources, and Water, I am leading efforts to protect and invest in our environment while meeting the diverse needs of our state.

Community Safety - Community safety and an equitable justice system are vital priorities. Our enforcement resources should focus on preventing violent crime and protecting our neighbors.

Please reach out anytime with your thoughts on legislative matters or challenges that you face in the community. My office can be reached at 503-986-1427 or
