Joseph (he/they) is Chief of Staff for Sen. Khanh Pham. He is a community organizer and Unitarian Universalist minister raised in the Northern Willamette Valley. Previously he served APANO, OP​​AL Environmental Justice Oregon, IRCO and the Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods in executive leadership roles. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon, Harvard University and currently a doctoral student at the Pacific School of Religion.

Aaron (he/they) is a Policy Advisor in Sen. Khanh Pham’s office. He’s a community organizer and policy geek with background in movements for transportation, housing and climate justice. Aaron lives in North Portland and spends his spare time geeking out about film photography and playing on Vision Zero FC, his intramural co-ed indoor soccer team.

Amy (she/her) is the Director of Community Engagement and Organizing for Sen. Khanh Pham. She has deep roots in SE Portland and rural Oregon where she learned the transformative power of movement building while organizing with SE Uplift and Rural Organizing Project. Amy lives in SE Portland with her family, including two Franklin High School students, a rescue pup named Rocky, and Pickles the cat. Amy enjoys walking our neighborhoods, checking out live music, sampling our district's amazing culinary riches, and trips to the Oregon coast.
