Robin Ye

Chief of Staff

 Robin (he/him)
is a Chin​​​ese American from Beaverton, OR and the Chief of Staff for Rep. Pham. He is organizer by trade, and a policy wonk and political junkie at heart​. Robin is passionate about expanding fairness in democracy and economic justice. He is a devoted cat/kitten foster parent and an avid sports fan.

Legislative Director 

Mical ​(she/her) moved to the United States from Eritrea at the age of seven, and has called Portland home for most of her life. She cares deeply about reforming our immigration system, racial and economic justice, and ensuring everyone has access to affordable housing. When she is not at work, you can find her at community events  and spending time with her family.

Law Clerk

Mai (she/her) is a 3L at Willamette College of Law with a passion for progressive agendas and those beautiful Oregon hiking trails, while battling a major case of senioritis. Home is where she has an unobstructed view of the mountains, so Oregon you’re doing a pretty good job!

Sammi Teo

Law Clerk

​​​Sammi (she/her) was born in Malaysia and grew up in NYC and New Jersey. She is a 3L at Lewis & Clark Law and a law clerk for Rep. Pham. She values environmental justice, food sovereignty, and racial and economic justice. She is often glued to her binoculars looking for birds, reading a novel, or finding new music.

Law Clerk

(he/him) is a second year law student at Lewis and Clark and a law clerk for Rep. Pham. He is passionate about the equitable development of renewable energy. Dan grew up near Chicago, but his true home is now the PNW. In his free time you will find Dan at baseball games (hopefully in Portland soon) and backpacking up/skiing down the mountains of Oregon.​​​​​​
