Welcome! I am Kevin Mannix, State Representative for House District 21, which includes Keizer and North Salem. The busiest time for my office is during our legislative sessions, which rotate every two years. In odd-numbered years, we hold a long session from January through June. In even-numbered years, we convene for a short 30-day session in February. During these periods, we move quickly to review and debate thousands of bills.
