Hello, and welcome to my legislative website!
It is an honor to represent you in the Oregon House of Representatives. Our House District 26 includes Wilsonville, King City, Sherwood, South Hillsboro, half of Scholls, and parts of Aloha, Beaverton, Newberg, Tigard, and Tualatin. I like to describe our district as where the farmland and the suburbs come together. We are a district that is growing and changing rapidly, which requires planning, innovation, strategy, and good communication among elected officials and our community members.
As an educator and a mother of school-aged children, I am dedicated to strengthening our school policies and funding, addressing the homelessness crisis, expanding access to affordable and high-quality behavioral healthcare, promoting community safety solutions, and protecting our environment for generations to come. I continue to work on many local issues, as well, and your input throughout the process is essential. From the Sherwood Pedestrian Bridge and the seismic improvements needed on the I-5 Boone Bridge, to investing in broadband, childcare, housing, and school safety, I am committed to addressing the issues impacting our lives.
In the House of Representatives, I serve on the House Education Committee, House Committee on Early Childhood, and the House Committee on Housing.
We know that recovering from the pandemic and economic downturn continues to be a serious challenge for many people in our community. I am committed to doing everything in my power to fuel a robust economic recovery effort in partnership with the people of House District 26.
