​Biography​

I am the eldest daughter of four, born to Vietnamese refugee parents. I have a bachelor's degree in sociology from Portland State University. I serve on the David Douglas School Board, and am currently a Student and Community Engagement Specialist at the Clackamas Education Service District. As the daughter of refugees and an educator, I understand the challenges and disparities many families are facing. I also know the power of strong communities working together to solve our toughest problems. As your Representative, I will work for all families to have the opportunity to thrive. I will fight to fund our schools, increase access to childcare, and invest in robust workforce programs. I will advocate for equitable affordable housing solutions that match our district's unique make-up of urban and rural communities. North Clackamas and East Portland are among the fastest growing areas of Oregon. I will champion policies that reduce disparity while fostering healthy and vibrant neighborhoods. I will listen to your concerns and be your voice at the Capitol.
