Civil Rights Unit, Oregon Department of Justice
The Civil Rights Unit (CRU) runs a statewide Hate Crimes and Bias Incidents Repsonse Hotline deciated to supporting victims and witnesses targeted with hate or bias based on their protected class. The CRU also runs the Sanctuary Promise program and hotline, which investigates Oregon's sanctuary laws and supports victims and families targed with law violations.

Oregon State Bar
The Oregon State Bar (OSB) provides a variety of programs designed to assist individuals with accessing
legal support (link). Programs available to the public include a lawyer referral service; a modest means program; a free legal answers program; military assistance; and a problem solvers program that offers free advice to children, ages 13-17. OSB also maintains a
