2021 Oregon Revised Statutes
"No compilation of the statute laws of Oregon not bearing [the Legislative Counsel's] certificate ... shall be admissible as evidence of the law in any court or proceeding." ORS 171.285 (2). The only official and certified edition of Oregon’s statutes available, this softbound 22-volume set contains Oregon statutes codified by subject and includes the Oregon Constitution, the United States Constitution, a general index and the comparative section tables. As part of the full set, you will also receive the Annotations 2022 Cumulative Supplement and the 2022 Oregon Laws Supplement containing the laws enacted during the February 2022 regular session (expected delivery for both is late summer/early fall of 2022). 2019-2020 Oregon Laws
These three hardbound volumes contain the official version of each bill enacted by the Eightieth Legislative Assembly at its regular session held January 22 to June 30, 2019, and its regular session held February 3 to March 8, 2020, and at the first two special sessions held June 24 to June 26, 2020, and on August 10, 2020. Oregon Laws 2019-2020 also includes the amendments to Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure (ORCP) promulgated by the Council on Court Procedures on December 8, 2018, and submitted to the Eightieth Legislative Assembly. Oregon Laws 2019-2020 includes legislative resolutions adopted by the assembly at each regular session and at the first two 2020 special sessions. Oregon Laws 2019-2020 includes subject indexes, bill-to-chapter tables and tables of ORS sections amended, repealed or “added to” for both regular sessions and tables for the first two 2020 special sessions. Oregon Laws 2019-2020 also includes laws that are temporary in nature and will not be compiled in the Oregon Revised Statutes. 2020 Criminal Code of Oregon
This edition is compiled from the 2019 Oregon Revised Statutes and includes the Juvenile Code; selected laws relating to alcoholic liquors, controlled substances and cannabis regulation; selected provisions of the Oregon Constitution; and an Index. (All of ORS chapters 131-133, 135-138, 142, 144, 146, 147, 151, 153, 156, 157, 161-167, 169, 419A-419C, 420, 420A and 475; selected portions of ORS chapters 471 and 475B.) 2020 Family Laws of Oregon
This 7” x 9” perfect bound publication includes the Juvenile Code and selected federal laws and state statutes relating to domestic relations, support enforcement and protective proceedings.
